Booth Applications
Steppin' Out is not only the area's premier festival, it has become the Town of Blacksburg's very own family reunion. Crowds have been estimated at more than 45,000 for the weekend - always the first Friday and Saturday in August.
Two types of booths are available, for vendors and community organizations.
Arts/Crafts Vendor Information
Our Arts/Crafts Vendor Application Information has the details on eligibility (for example, all arts and crafts must be handmade - no buy/sell merchandise accepted). Booth size, set up and tear down times, and the application process are also covered.
Community Connection (for Non-profits)
The Community Connection is where charitable groups, clubs, school teams, and associations gather to share information, attract new donors, sign up volunteers, and raise awareness for their causes. Applications are considered as received, and booth spaces are limited.
